• Direct resolution with suppliers: All refund, return, and warranty requests must be directed to the individual suppliers. Buyers are responsible for reviewing the specific return policies and terms provided by each supplier before making a purchase.

• No direct sales by MetalDekho: Since MetalDekho does not sell products directly, we do not process payments or handle returns and refunds.

• Buyer responsibility: We encourage buyers to verify product details, certifications, and supplier policies carefully to ensure satisfaction.

• Supplier commitments: Suppliers on MetalDekho are responsible for honoring their own return and refund policies, including addressing any product defects, damages, or non-conformities.

Dispute Resolution

MetalDekho may assist in facilitating communication between buyers and suppliers in case of disputes, but we do not arbitrate or decide outcomes related to refunds or returns.

Payment and Transactions

Payments for purchases and refunds, if applicable, occur directly between buyers and suppliers outside our platform. MetalDekho is not liable for payment processing or failures.
